In this ninth episode, Paul gives specific examples of just how deep our belief systems can be and how these beliefs have kept us locked into living a life that is an energetic reflection of these beliefs, causing life to be far from the joy that can be experienced when we are simply choosing to live coming from an inner place of agenda free love. He also introduces the idea of "runners", an angelic team that surrounds us in total support of the level of energy we are putting out at any given time.

The Fear of God is the Fear of Self

In this sixth episode, Paul speaks about the lies we were told regarding being corrupt from birth with sin and needing to be saved from this predicament. Since such beliefs have been governing our choices whether we're aware of it or not, there are two things we've become very good at: 1) Pushing away that which we don't like about ourselves (our so-called "dark side"), and 2) Withholding what we do like about ourselves (the awesome, agenda-free love that's inside each of us)--from ourselves! This has had the effect of keeping us expending energy on working hard at trying to become who we are rather than just choosing to be who we are.
